Hello! A budget-tight solo traveler here. Can I just commute from the airport to Campuestohan Highland Resort and then the Ruins? How available are habal-habals and jeepneys around these areas? Planning to have a half day visit in Bacolod and be off to Dumagete city at night. Is this very hassle? Your suggestion is very helpful.
